| Who is DeNagy Collections? We are an importer of the latest created diamonds set in beautiful designs, such as Solitaire Rings, Three Stone Rings, Bridal Sets, Dress Rings, Men's Rings, Earrings and Pendants
Do You have a shop? Our aim is to provide beautiful, lasting jewellery for minimal cost. By opening a shop, we would have huge overheads for setup stock, leasing, staff etc. We prefer to keep our costs low, so that we can provide a stunning product for the lowest price possible. However, we have not ruled out opening a store in the future. From April 2009, we will have a showroom available every Saturday from 11am-3pm - location is to be advised.
Can I see my ring before I buy? This is a tricky one. We offer different size stones and your choice in gold, so it is impossible to have all of the different combinations on hand. We do, however hold at least 25 styles in stock at all times. If your selection is one of these, then yes. Book a home consultation or visit us at one of our many Bridal Fairs. If your selected item is not in stock, we will have it made to your specification after the 10% deposit is paid. You can then inspect your item (conditions apply).
What happens if I'm not 100% satisfied with my choice? If you change you mind on a selection, you can transfer the amount paid to a new item. If you change your mind all together we will refund the entire amount, minus 10% deposit. Only within 7days of delivery.
What Choices in Precious Metals Do I Have? Our standard gold choice is either 14kt White Gold or 14kt Yellow Gold. We are able to provide most items in 18kt White Gold, 18kt Yellow Gold, 14kt Rose Gold, Platinum, Palladium or Silver upon request. What exactly is a DeNagy Stone made from? Our stones are a compound imported directly from a lab in the United States. This company is one of only a handful that are able to produce diamond simulants that have the same optical properties, can cut glass and have the same life span as a mined diamond. Find out more on our "Chemistry" page Are the stones Cubic Zirconia? No. Cubic Zirconia is a stone made from zirconium dioxide, which is a natural mineral. It is cut similar to a mined diamond and when new, can look similar to a diamond. The process for the DeNagy Stones is different and results in a simulant vitually indistinguishable to a mined diamond. Will my jeweller know my DeNagy Diamond is a simulant? Jewellers use two main tests to evaluate diamonds - visual inspection, which evaluates the cut, colour, clarity and light refraction of the stone. Your stone will present as flawless, which may cause some jewellers to be impressed, but a little suspicious. The second is a thermal conductivity test, which will give a different result to a mined diamond. It is important to note, that even the trained eye will most likely be unable to confirm your stone as a simulant without testing equipment. Is there any charge for resizing? No. We will resize your ring as needed. It is important, however, for the security of the stones, to select as close as possible to your actual finger size. Postage costs for returns are at the buyers expensive, however after resizing is complete, the ring will be resent free of charge. There is a limit of one resizing per ring for zero charge. How is the item presented? All items are presented in a cherry wood presentatiuon box. There are no labels are bradning of "DeNagy Collections" on the box.
I have found a ring that is 90% perfect - can I personalize it?
Yes. This is especially true if the centre stone is set in a prong setting. Very common in our Bridal Sets, where the stone may be unusually large. You are able to exchange this for a different size of stone and/ or a different cut. Where possible, we will not charge for this service- just contact us for confirmation. Please note Stone Exchange may not be available on every style. I have placed an order via the Flexible Payment Plan, when do I get to inspect my item? If your item is in stock, you can inspect at any time. We also attend bridal fairs on the Central Coast and can arrange for a home consultation in the Hunter-Sydney region. If the item is ordered in specifically for you, the item will be available for inspection after the 10% deposit is paid. When do I get delivery of my item? When the item is paid in full. Inspection can occur after 2 weeks 10% desposit is paid, as the item will need to be made to your selection of gold, finger size etc. | |
